the harmans

The Harmans are intercessory missionaries currently serving at the Cincinnati House of Prayer in Ohio.  As intercessory missionaries, they help facilitate intercession and worship in the same spirit as that of David, who established night and day music and worship around the Arc of the Covenant.  While C-HOP does not currently maintain 24/7 worship, they operate in the spirit of night and day prayer in that they desire to see Jesus incessantly adored in the region.

Until recently, the Harmans were on staff at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City (IHOPKC) where they helped give leadership in multiple departments of the missions base.  They served with Intro to IHOPKC internship program as Core Leaders, aided in the Healing Rooms, and worked with IHOPU as a Section Leader in the Justice Prayer Room.

In January, due to increasing health complications in Lauren’s battle against cancer, the Harmans moved back to Ohio from Kansas City.  They currently live in Dayton where they are near family and friends who help with Lauren’s care and are within traveling distance of the James Cancer Clinic in Columbus where Lauren receives treatment on a weekly basis. Andrew commutes to C-HOP several times a week and also spends time serving just down the street with the Dayton Student House of Prayer.
